E-Invoicing in Burkina Faso — the Facture Électronique Certifiée (FEC) and SECeF Devices
Burkina Faso's facture électronique certifiée (FEC) explained: compulsory for DGE and DME taxpayers since 1 January 2025 under the 2025 Finance Law (CGI art. 564-2); certified devices on sale from 7 September 2026 (DGE), 2 November 2026 (DME réel normal) and 1 December 2026 (DME non déterminé), each with a 30-day conformity window.
