Sub-processors

This page provides transparency into the third-party service providers (sub-processors) that Lookuptax uses to deliver its services. These sub-processors may process limited customer or user data on behalf of Lookuptax, strictly for the purposes described below.
Lookuptax engages sub-processors only where necessary to operate, support, and secure the platform. All sub-processors are contractually bound to data protection obligations consistent with applicable data protection laws and our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third-party service provider that Lookuptax uses to process data in order to provide our services. This may include cloud infrastructure providers, email delivery services, analytics tools, or customer support platforms.
Sub-processors are not permitted to use data for their own independent purposes.

Data Protection Commitments
- Lookuptax conducts due diligence on sub-processors before engagement.
- Sub-processors are engaged only for clearly defined purposes.
- All sub-processors are bound by contractual obligations to protect data and process it only on Lookuptax’s instructions.
- Lookuptax does not permit sub-processors to sell or independently monetise customer data.
International Data Transfers
Some sub-processors may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where applicable, Lookuptax ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including reliance on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Updates to this List
Lookuptax may update this list from time to time as sub-processors are added or removed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
