The Eswatini Revenue Service (ERS) officially launched the TaxCore Electronic Invoicing Programme on 11 May 2026 at ERS headquarters in Ezulwini. Under TaxCore, invoice data is transmitted automatically to the ERS in real time or near real time as transactions occur. The programme is in a pilot phase; the target date for full mandatory fiscalisation is January 2028. Finance Minister Neal Rijkenberg attended the launch.
